About Cafe Milo
Our story
Cafe Milo was founded in Los Angeles, California in 2018. We believe in building direct relationships with each farm and purchasing coffee from those famers at the right amount. Most coffee companies purchase beans way below the ethical margin and we promised we wouldn't stand for that inequality.
Every cup you brew yourself or enjoy from our cafe will inspire you to taste better, be better, and do better. Our mission is to roast our coffee all within medium parameters, so no matter what coffee you buy from us, you will enjoy a vibrant and juicy body with delicate tasting notes.
Training lab
Our cafe and roastery are both committed to serving you the most delicious roast while making you feel completely at home. Along with that, we also love to work with other businesses and cafes to create a memorable (and tasty) experience by giving you the opportunity to serve our beans.
We offer roastery training tailored to your needs as a business. We can either do this in your cafe, or in our training lab.
